Why we collect this: Professional license information is required by CAMFT's Continuing Education Provider Approval (CEPA) program for the issuance of valid CE certificates. Your license number appears on your certificate of completion and is required for your licensure renewal records with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or other licensing board.

2c. Course Engagement and Completion Data

  • Lesson completion status and timestamps
  • Course progress tracking (% completion)
  • Post-test scores and attempt history
  • Date and time of course enrollment

Why we collect this: CAMFT CEPA regulations require CE providers to maintain attendance and completion records. Thinkific's progress tracking system serves as our electronic attendance and sign-in/sign-out log.

2d. Course Evaluation Responses

  • Ratings of educational goals and learning objectives (required by CAMFT CEPA)
  • Ratings of course content, instructor, technology, and administration
  • Self-attestation of personal course completion

2e. Payment Information

Payment is processed through Thinkific's integrated payment provider (Stripe). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, billing address, or any financial account information. All payment processing is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy and Thinkific's Terms of Service.
